    Tried again and same problem.
    I can start and use the trial version but as soon as I replace the Simkey it won't even open, says can't find Simkey.

    I just use the old PD10 simkey but I can use PD11 to update. you can try ..sorry for something problem..thank for support me :)

    Hi again from South Africa (or what's left of it)
    I found the answer. :-)
    The simkey works with v11.0.0.2110 but when you download using the cyberlink app you get v11.0.0.2115 which needs a different simkey (I assume)
    I found a download of 2110 and the simkey works but I unfortunayely have only been able to find a 32 bit version and not 64 bit which would be nice.

    I download trial for cyberlink powerdirector 11 ultimate suite..
    but after i copy & paste the 'simkey'. The program says it can't find the 'simkey'... WHY???

    It's a shame that I'm so broke this month that I can't pay the "measly" $53.00 to upgrade from PD9 Ultra to PD11 Ultra. I pad for PD9 Ultra in 2010 with no pain, but now... My how things have changed. Nowhere to go but up. :-)

    I copy/paste the simkey and replacing the old one but unfortunately, I got this error message:

    "CyberLink PowerDirector was unable to locate the 'simkey file. CyberLink PowerDirector will now close.
    If you accidentally deleted this file, you must reinstall it."

    Did somebody know a solution for this???
